I offer workshops, talks, and presentations for schools, parent groups, treatment programs, nonprofits, and companies built around the themes that run through all of my work: purpose, executive functioning, communication, and thriving through change.
Some are a single keynote, while others are an ongoing series. I work with you to understand your community’s specific needs and build something that meets them where they are.
All workshops can be delivered in-person in the Los Angeles area or remotely via Zoom.

Creative and expressive writing workshops for pre-teens and teens, building voice, confidence, and communication through storytelling. Draws on my background in education, arts, and years of working with young writers to create sessions that engage even the most reluctant participants.
