I offer workshops, talks, and presentations for schools, parent groups, treatment programs, nonprofits, and companies—built around the themes that run through all of my work: purpose, executive functioning, communication, and thriving through change.
Some are a single keynote, while others are an ongoing series. I work with you to understand your community’s specific needs and build something that meets your audience where they are.
All workshops can be delivered in-person in the Los Angeles area or remotely via Zoom.

A workshop for parents, families, and educators on building the communication systems and shared language that reduce conflict and create stronger connections. Covers the Home Team philosophy, mindful parenting strategies, teen communication, and navigating ADHD and neurodivergence in the home.

Practical tools for understanding and working with ADHD and executive functioning challenges - for students, adults, or the educators and employers who support them. Covers focus, organization, time management, decision fatigue, and turning neurodivergence from a liability into a strength.

Writing Workshops pre-teens · teens · schools
Creative and expressive writing workshops for pre-teens and teens - building voice, confidence, and communication through storytelling. Draws on my background in education, arts, and years of working with young writers to create sessions that engage even the most reluctant participants.
