The Home Team isn’t just a program—it’s a philosophy. Every member of a family has their own history, their own temperament, their own way of seeing the world. The tension that shows up at home isn’t a sign that something is broken. It’s a sign that different people are trying to live together without a shared system, shared language, or shared understanding of each other.
My work with families creates that foundation. We build communication, reduce conflict, and get everyone—parents, teens, kids, and couples—moving in the same direction. Not so everyone becomes the same, but so everyone learns to meet each other where they actually are.
